Returns Policy

If there is an issue with a product or ingredient(s), please contact us at within 24 hours after receiving your order.  We require photo evidence to support any claim you have.  In the email that you send please include your name, order number, the issue at hand, photographs and expiry date on the product(s). For quality-related complaints regarding your order, we require photographic documentation of any product before we provide a replacement, credit or refund. Please note that due to the nature of our products being fresh, raw, and unpasteurized, we are not responsible for products not being consumed by the best before date and will not accept returns or issue any refunds.
