Returns Policy

Due to the fresh, raw, and unpasteurized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on personal taste preferences. All our juices and other products are made to order, and once they leave our facility, we are unable to resell them — just as you wouldn’t want to receive a product that had been previously handled.

If there is an issue with the quality or condition of a product, please contact us at orders@greenpress.ca within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Please do not contact the team at the stores as they are unable to assist with online orders. In your email, be sure to include:

  • Your name and order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product in question

  • The expiry date printed on the item

We require photo evidence to process any quality-related concerns. If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for products not consumed by the best before date

  • Refunds or replacements will not be provided for items that were delivered in good condition but were not stored properly

  • We cannot accept returns of any opened or perishable items
