Please note: If you want to do 3 days you will need to add 3 items to your cart. You may choose to do different cleanse packages each day or the same package every day. If you are ordering more than 3 days at a time please specify in the notes section at checkout if your order is for 1,2 or 3 people. This helps us determine how many days' worth of juice you receive. For example: If you and a friend are doing 3 days each. You would purchase 6 days and we would deliver this to you in two deliveries. Make sure you specify in the notes.
Cleanse Guide

With our liver detox cleanse option you receive 3 juices and 2 shots that you drink throughout the day. You also eat healthy meals in between. This is a great option for first-timers, for those who want to ease into or off of a juice fast, or for anyone who wants to continue to work out during cleansing.

No significant symptoms – I think it helped a lot to cut out caffeine ahead of time to prepare myself. The juices were quite tasty.
