How to Return Your Bottles
Good to Know
- Delivery bottle pickup is available within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) only.
- If you receive orders outside the GTA via a third-party delivery partner, you're welcome to bring your bottles back to any of our store locations.
- During peak periods, we may use a third-party service for some deliveries. In those cases, bottle pickups cannot be accommodated on that delivery. Hold onto your bottles — we'll collect them on your next in-house delivery.
- Points are issued for clean bottles only. Give them a quick rinse before returning. We don't need the lids.
